Cookie Policy

Current cookie use

VegasHero UK Guide is a static information website. Its current HTML and CSS files do not intentionally set cookies, create advertising identifiers or store visitor profiles in browser storage. There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, embedded social widgets or affiliate-tracking scripts in the current site files.

Because the site does not currently include those technologies, this policy does not invent cookie names, expiry periods, analytics vendors or advertising networks that are not actually present.

What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of data that a website or service can store in a browser. They can be used for functions such as remembering preferences, maintaining a login session, measuring traffic, preventing abuse or supporting advertising. Not every website needs them, and a static page can operate without setting its own cookies.

This explanation is general background only. It does not mean that the current VegasHero UK Guide files use those categories.

Hosting and security services

A hosting provider, content-delivery network or security layer may add technical processing when the site is deployed. Depending on the chosen infrastructure, that service could use cookies or similar mechanisms for functions such as traffic management, fraud prevention, load balancing or security. Those deployment-level technologies are not specified by the current static website files.

If the site later introduces services that use cookies, this policy should identify their names, purposes and durations and, where required, an appropriate consent mechanism should be provided.

External links do not use this site’s cookie rules

The site may link to external websites. Visiting another domain can expose you to that site’s own cookies and tracking technologies. Those are controlled by the destination, not by VegasHero UK Guide.

In particular, a casino website may need cookies for login sessions, account security, preferences or other operational functions. Its cookie notice should be read separately from this one.

If analytics, advertising or affiliate tracking is added

If the site later adds audience measurement, advertising, affiliate tracking, video embeds, social widgets, consent-management tools or other scripts, the cookie setup will need to be reviewed before those tools are activated. This policy should then identify the technologies actually used and explain their purpose.

Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, they should not be treated as active merely because a generic policy mentions them. The live implementation and the policy should match.

Browser controls

Most browsers let users view, block or delete cookies. Those controls apply to cookies set by websites you visit, including external destinations reached through links. Blocking all cookies can affect sites that require them for login or security, although that limitation is mainly relevant to external interactive services rather than the current static pages here.

Cookie status of VegasHero UK Guide

As the site currently stands, its own static files do not intentionally set cookies or load analytics and advertising trackers. If the deployed website later gains services that change that position, the Cookie Policy should be updated to describe the live configuration accurately rather than relying on assumptions.
