Recurring promotions
VegasHero currently lists four recurring casino promotion types beyond its first-deposit offer: Weekly Reload free spins, a Weekend Reload Bonus, Weekly Slots Cashback and Live Cashback. These are separate campaigns with separate eligibility and release rules. Because values can change between promotion cycles, check the current promotion page before joining an offer, because values and conditions can change between promotion cycles.
Current categories
Which recurring VegasHero casino promotions are currently listed?
The official promotions surface currently separates four casino campaigns from the welcome bonus. Weekly Reload is presented as a free-spins offer. Weekend Reload combines free spins with a casino bonus. Weekly Slots Cashback is framed around eligible casino losses, while Live Cashback applies to live-casino play. These categories are listed separately, but the exact percentage, cap, qualifying deposit, eligible games and expiry need to be checked on the individual promotion page before use.
That distinction matters for UK readers because the visible English site does not make every account-level currency or market condition obvious from the promotions index alone. A recurring offer can exist globally while a specific value, payment method, game or eligibility rule varies by account, jurisdiction or campaign version.
Reload offers
Reload promotions reward another deposit, not the first one
A reload offer is different from the VegasHero welcome bonus. The welcome package is tied to the first qualifying deposit, while a reload campaign is aimed at an existing account making another deposit during a stated promotional window. VegasHero currently lists both a Weekly Reload free-spins promotion and a Weekend Reload Bonus.
The names alone do not tell you the full cost of participation. Before depositing, open the live campaign page and check whether the offer requires a minimum deposit, whether the bonus must be claimed manually, which payment methods qualify, how long any bonus or spins remain active, and what wagering applies to bonus funds or spin winnings. Do not assume the welcome-bonus rules carry over. Recurring campaigns can use a different multiplier, game contribution schedule or maximum-bet rule.
Cashback
Cashback depends on how eligible losses are defined
VegasHero currently lists two casino cashback categories: Weekly Slots Cashback and Live Cashback. Cashback is often easier to understand than a headline reload percentage, but the key calculation still depends on the terms. You need to know the qualifying period, which games count, whether the calculation uses gross or net losses, whether bonus funds are excluded, the maximum cashback amount and whether the returned amount itself has wagering requirements.
Slots cashback and live-casino cashback should also be treated as separate products. A loss on roulette or blackjack should not be assumed to count toward a slots campaign, and slot play should not be assumed to count toward a live-dealer campaign. The two campaigns are listed separately, so check game eligibility before you play rather than after the weekly calculation closes.
| Promotion type | What to verify | Common mistake to avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly Reload | Deposit window, qualifying method, free-spin rules | Assuming every later deposit triggers it automatically |
| Weekend Reload | Bonus value, spins, wagering, expiry | Reusing welcome-bonus conditions |
| Slots Cashback | Eligible slot losses, period, cap, release rule | Assuming all casino losses are counted |
| Live Cashback | Eligible live tables, period, cap, wagering | Assuming slot losses count toward live cashback |
Terms first
Five checks matter more than the banner headline
Recurring promotions can be useful only when the conditions fit how you already intend to play. Start with eligibility, then verify the qualifying deposit or loss calculation, the wagering requirement, the time limit and the maximum amount that can be released. These five items usually determine whether the headline percentage has practical value.
For UK readers, also check the currency displayed inside the account. If the promotion page uses euros or another currency but your cashier uses GBP, do not create your own sterling equivalent. Casino promotions can use operator-set market values rather than a direct exchange-rate conversion.
Before opting in
- Is the campaign visible on your account?
- Does your chosen deposit method qualify?
- Which games contribute to wagering or cashback?
- What is the expiry or claim window?
- What amount can actually be released?
Cashier link
Promotion eligibility and payment availability are different questions
A payment method can appear in a cashier yet be excluded from a specific promotion. The reverse can also occur: a campaign may describe an eligible method that is not available for every market or currency. That is why promotion rules should not be used as a general list of supported banking options.
Use the VegasHero payments guide to understand how the cashier should be checked, then use the live promotion terms for campaign-specific exclusions. Keeping those two checks separate reduces the risk of depositing through a method that works normally but fails to qualify for the offer you intended to use.
Cashout implications
Active promotions can affect when a withdrawal makes sense
Some casino bonuses restrict withdrawals while promotional funds are active or before wagering is complete. Recurring offers can also have their own cancellation and forfeiture clauses. If you expect to withdraw soon, read the live terms before accepting a reload or cashback credit rather than assuming you can take the promotion and cash out immediately afterwards.
The broader VegasHero withdrawal guide covers withdrawal mechanics separately. Promotion terms should be read as an extra layer: they govern what happens to active bonus funds and related winnings, while the cashier rules govern the payment process itself.
Availability check
A promotion page is not proof that every UK account can claim it
The public promotions index is useful for confirming that VegasHero runs these campaign types, but eligibility still belongs to the individual offer and account. Before treating a reload or cashback as available to you, check that the campaign appears after login and that its terms accept your country, currency, deposit route and chosen games. This avoids turning a general promotional listing into a stronger UK-specific claim than the source supports.
If an offer disappears, changes value or no longer appears in your account, use the live version rather than an older information. Recurring campaigns are designed to rotate, so current account-facing terms are the final reference for participation.
Decision value
How to compare recurring offers without chasing them
The most useful comparison is not which banner displays the largest number. Compare the condition that is hardest for you to satisfy. For a reload, that might be the wagering workload or time window. For cashback, it might be the definition of eligible net losses. For free spins, it might be the game restriction or the wagering applied to spin winnings.
If a promotion would cause you to deposit more, play longer or choose games you would not otherwise use, the reward can distort your normal decision-making. Treat the offer as optional. The absence of a promotion is not a reason to change your play, and the presence of one does not make a deposit economically favourable.
Questions
VegasHero promotions FAQ
What recurring casino offers does VegasHero currently list?
The current promotions index lists Weekly Reload free spins, a Weekend Reload Bonus, Weekly Slots Cashback and Live Cashback.
Are the exact percentages and limits fixed?
No assumption should be made from the category name alone. Open the live promotion page and use the value, currency, eligibility, wagering and expiry shown there when you opt in.
Is cashback the same for slots and live casino?
No. VegasHero lists separate slots and live-casino cashback campaigns, so eligible games and loss calculations should be checked separately.
Do recurring offers use the same rules as the welcome bonus?
Not necessarily. Each campaign can have its own deposit, wagering, game contribution, expiry and release terms.
Final check
How to compare VegasHero promotions before joining one
Start with the promotion actually visible on your account, then verify the qualifying action, currency, eligible games or payment methods, wagering or cashback calculation, expiry and release cap. VegasHero currently provides several recurring offer categories, but the category name is only the starting point. The live campaign terms decide whether a reload, free-spin or cashback offer fits your normal play without pushing you to deposit or wager more than intended.
For each campaign, check the offer inside your account before depositing. The important conditions are eligibility, accepted country and currency, the required deposit route, participating games and the current campaign terms. If any of those details differ from a general promotions listing, the account-facing offer is the relevant version for that participation decision.
